We help owners market their properties and clients find homes to rent or buy.
Property management
We take care of ongoing management of the homes throughout the tenant's stay, with a personalised service for both the owner and the tenant. That's what sets us apart: instead of finishing our work when the contract is signed, we stay in charge of the home.
To do it well, we have an in-house maintenance team that lets us look after each home in a more coordinated, agile and personal way.
So the owner doesn't have to worry.
We believe that owning a rental home shouldn't be a second job. Our goal is that owners don't have to deal with day-to-day operations, while staying informed and deciding on what matters.
We prefer to explain things clearly, talk about real numbers and not promise what we can't deliver.
